Looking for some face time with local pols?

Here are some upcoming events:

-U.S. Rep. Pat Meehan, R-7, of Upper Darby, will host an informational session next week to inform senior citizens how to protect themselves against fraud.
The "Know Your Rights" event will take place 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Sept. 27 at the Knights of Columbus at 18 Baltimore Pike in Springfield.

-The Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and State Sen. Dominic Pileggi, R-9, of Chester, will host a personal money management seminar at 6 p.m. Oct. 13 at the Aston Community Center Field House at 3270 Concord Road.

The Delaware County Veterans Affairs Department will host three veterans outreach seminars in upcoming weeks, including:

•9 a.m.-11 a.m. Oct. 5, in the Thomas Bruder Life Center Building – McNichol Room at Neumann University, Aston.
•3 p.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 2 in the Tomezsko Building (Room 103) at the Penn State Brandywine Campus, Middletown.
•9 a.m.-11 a.m. Dec. 8 in the University Center – Webb Room at Widener University Main Campus, Chester.
